Build customer awareness and brand positioning plan across channels Shape and communicate our vision and mission Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action” Plan, implement & report performance of brand communication plans & campaigns Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities Develop & implement customer retention and loyalty programs Develop the concepts, style, look and feel, language and tone of brand Plan strategic public relations programs Develop and implement PR policies and procedures Determine KPIs for PR works Implement, measure and provide reports on each PR campaigns Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, politicians, etc
Recruit, hire, onboard and train new members of the public relations team Produce content for various speeches, events, hearings… Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed Yêu cầu ứng viên BSc/BA in Marketing, PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field Proven working experience in the PR & branding field for at least 2 yearsHaving 2-3 years of working experience in Global firms/agencies is an advantage Proven ability to develop PR & branding communication strategies A proven track record of successful PR/branding campaigns Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers Outstanding communication skills Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices Excellent communication, presentation and self-driven skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills Aptitude in presentation and public speaking Attention to details Quyền lợi Monthly income: up to 1500$ (base salary + incentive) - Salary review each 6 months Regulated time for performance evaluation and periodic salary review 13th month salary in accordance with company policies and regulations Meal, gasoline and mobile phone allowance and personal health insurance package allowance Opportunity to have internal and external training to improve professional skills and working skills Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be in accordance with Labor Law Annual travel, team-building activities Working days: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00) Cách thức ứng tuyển Hạn nộp hồ sơ: 31/05/2024
